  • JACOB GOUGH

    Prior to Deryncoch and alongside a varied freelance career Jacob was the Production Manager of National Theatre Wales where he delivered some of their most memorable large-scale events, including City of The Unexpected Directed by Nigel Jaimeson, Mametz by writer Owen Sheers, and Jeremy Deller’s piece We’re Here Because We’re Here.

    From NTW he went to Coventry UK City of Culture as their Production Director before becoming Exec Director for GALWAD, a £6 million multi-platform event that played out over 7 days in September of 2022. He holds a Masters in Disaster Management and Emergency Planning and is a serving council member of the Arts Council Wales.

  • THOMAS REILLY

    Tom recently completed the role of Director of Production for LEEDS 2023, an independent year of culture, producing and delivering art installations and events around the city. Prior to this he was Head of Festival Production at Birmingham Hippodrome, where he delivered festivals and events across the city and beyond, such as the Commonwealth Games Handover ceremony, Birmingham’s Chinese New Year celebrations, Birmingham Weekender, and several projects with Coventry UK City of Culture.

    Tom began his career in technical theatre, working across venues in Wales, including Wales Millennium Centre and Aberystwyth Arts Centre.

  • BETHAN DAVIES

    Bethan has worked with the company in freelance roles as Production and Operations Manager since 2023, as well as Production and Ops roles for clients such as Frân Wen, including presenting multi-stage theatre piece Popeth ar y Ddaear at the Eisteddfod Gendlaethol Cymru. Prior to that Bethan was Head of Production for Coventry UK City of Culture and Head of Production for Unboxed 2022 project GALWAD.

    Before moving into more production-focused roles, Bethan was Creative Producer at Nottingham art space New Art Exchange for five years.
